I am Stephanie Alston-Nero, shamanic practitioner, certified EFT practitioner, poet, artist, educator.
We are calling on the most powerful healing methods to sustain us during these challenging times.
In my practice I combine Art (ancient medicine), EFT (medicine of the 21st century) and Shamanism (the oldest form of healing on Earth) to heal trauma, suffering, and pain on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
At this potent meeting place where ancient healing forces join with modern innovations in healing - deep healing happens.
My practice is located in Harlem and Stone Feather Retreat in the Catskill Mountains.
