It is a gentle tapping procedure on acupuncture points as the client tunes into their issues. EFT corrects the emotional and energetic causes underlying certain physical and emotional conditions. RELIEF OFTEN IN THE VERY FIRST SESSION.
In a series of sessions, physical pain and emotional suffering can be greatly reduced and often totally eliminated as the emotional triggers for pain and suffering are identified and released from the energy field.
After only a few minutes of tapping, EFT significantly reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone). EFT can create profound states of peace, balance, and forgiveness.
